Cornell University says Dwyer Dam Bridge at the Hoy Road entrance to campus from Route 366 will be reduced to one lane of alternating traffic this Monday through Friday.
Cornell says crews will “install a means restriction net system on the south side of the bridge.” The steel mesh netting below several bridges on and around the campus provide a deterrent and an opportunity to rescue a troubled person who might jump.

“A pedestrian detour will be in place,” they say. “Please comply with all traffic signage and flagged instructions, and use caution when traveling through the work zone.”
